General Ramblings  On this page I will simply talk about "General Stuff" related to NRPL, Pigeon Racing, People, etc.  This is sort of "catch all" type page for those issues/topics that don't fit on other pages: NRPL Selling Pigeons I have had several inquiries about buying NRPL pigeons and since I say on this site "I don't seek to sell pigeons" I thought I better clarify my position.  Here is my position on Buying Birds from NRPL. Doug Swingley As I have always said, my main reason for putting up this site to make friends in the pigeon sport.  I have made dozens of new friends and emailed with literally hundreds of new people so the site is certainly meeting my goals.  BUT...I recently got an email from a name I instantly recognized and I thought to myself "That would be cool if that is really THE Doug Swingley."  Well, it certainly was and now Doug and I have becoming friends and Doug actually stopped by my home recently and we had a great time.  What a quality person, but I will tell you Doug is a "competitor" like very few people I have ever met and now that he is in the pigeon racing game -- watch out!
